Account details (email, display name, town, region, date of birth for the 18+ check), listing details for businesses, and the things you post: vouches, reviews, updates, requests, RSVPs and enquiries.

To run the register, to show members what is near them, to send the weekly digest and transactional notices, and to moderate reports.

Your display name, town, region, founder badge, vouches and reviews are public. Your saved list, date of birth and email are private. The show attendance setting controls whether you appear in a Who's going list.

We use processors for hosting, storage and email delivery. We do not sell member data. A business only receives your details when you send an enquiry or respond to a request.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Email us and we will act within one month. You can unsubscribe from the digest with one click.
